It gets a little disheartening when you start a decent message convo with someone only for it to fizzle out when the difficulties in meeting rear their ugly heads. |

"Worse when you meet think it's been a good social then get a no thanks later in the day"
I was chatting to a guy on here for ages and thought we’d have a connection. Unfortunately when we met there was absolutely no spark. He expected it to lead to something more and he was disappointed when I said it wasn’t going any further.
You can never tell what the other person thinks until you’ve met. It can be awkward to say it during the social meet that there’s no spark.
Learn to respect their decision and move on. |

No, I get that side of it. I mean when they are all hot and horny for you then you're unable to meet either immediately or even the next day, the convo just fizzles out. |

Very rarely is anyone able to meet immediately or the next day unless they have posted for a meet. There are real life factors to be taken into account - work , family other engagements . Perhaps they aren’t as interested now as they were at the start. Some people have an online chemistry but face to face not so . Part and parcel of fab |

We connected with a nearby couple on kik recently through fab. Thought they were both perfect and everything was going well early on.
Turns out one of them knew the Mrs socially. Either the social proximity freaked them out or we weren't their cup of tea.
Either way still a crushing blow, as distance always an issue with us |

I defo prefer to meet early on and save the endless chit chat with someone to meet them and then realise you have no connection when you meet them !
Then other guys you can chat to one night on here and the next day meet up and you totally click and want to take things a lot further |
