Simple solution is only to look in mirrors when you really need to.
When you don't use them as much, it's amazing how you don't notice them.
I can leave the house some days without having looked at myself once. |

I used to get mad at my mirror, but I am who I am, I’m not the biggest, not the smallest, but it’s me and I’m happy with it.
Life is hard enough, no need to stand in front of the mirror and get upset at what’s staring back at you. There’s two options really, smile and embrace who you are or take what you don’t like and use it as motivation to change. Regardless always keep the outlook positive.
