What is everyone's idea of a film that people have to see.

I'm not necessarily meaning your favourite film(s) but one that always makes it into any type of list you make up for top 10 fave films or such.

The one I always recommend to people is "Spirited Away" such a great film that is suitable for kids and adults.

V for Vendetta.

One of my absolute favourites, set in a slightly dystopian future (actually set in 2020 but it's been a while now) and you can see a fair number of parallels to how the world has become that are a little worrying!

"The Greasy Stran-gler! I've never seen a film like it (in a good way)"

A friend recommended that film, and when I went back a week later to tell him how garbage it was, he just laughed.

Haha it's an acquired taste but once you're in it's grip, it's hilarious. Everyone I've shown it to has loved it
