I can’t say it has but when the ULEZ comes into place (when we can be fined), I think this will be when it will affect more people and will result in more people going elsewhere instead which is understandable.
For the teens, I think this is putting people off more the the ULEZ to be honest. Personally it hasn’t made me change where I’d go shopping because it’s happening all over the city so it’s going to happen anywhere. I admit the large crowd is intimidating but most of the crowd is lots of smaller groups all st the same location. |

Has there been an increase in stabbings? I really don’t follow the news & I’m rarely in the city centre these days though I will be back soon enough for work.
I had to look up ULEZ cos I didn’t know what it was either. It stands for Ultra Low Emission Zone, so obviously restricts the use of most cars. |

Tell more about the stabbings as heard nowt?
Also the emissions zone does that just not affect older vehicles.
If you have a motor with an euro 6 engine or of a certain age then thought you were ok or is Glasgow going full anti vehicle? |

"Anyone else put off going into Glasgow City Centre by the ULEZ and to top it all the amount of weans running around stabbing random folks?"
Stabbings !! I’m from Greenock if I let that kind of stuff worry me I wouldn’t leave my front door
ULEZ well I already avoid GlasgowCC for the most part anyway because it’s too busy/noisy and shopping of any kind has zero appeal to me, there’s loads of great restaurants elsewhere so what else does it offer me ?? if I then had to use public transport to go into Glasgow then that defo rules me out even the mere thought of getting on a bus gets me stressed |

I grew up in castlemilk in the 90s stabbing sad to say are just a way of life in west of scotland the onky reason people fear them now more so than back then is social meet advertising them…
As for emission i think its a good thing especially the fact that i sit out side most place i drink or eat in as i prefer that in nicer weather and its nice to have clean air and less noise when doing so…
That said its only as good as the train system is… and the shortish of taxis is a bit of bastard aswell for us drinkers…. Getting to the point its easier and cheaper to book a hotel in the city for the night for going out |

Well there was a stabbing yesterday morning on Union Street and it's been cordoned off. Most of the buses have been diverted including my bus. If anyone is heading to Glasgow tonight please be careful and stay safe x |

Low Emission Zone starts next year with fines. New cars will usually meet the criteria so no need to panic.
As for other incidents, I’m sure most town and cities have their fair share of violent crimes. |
