If you could change one thing about your appearance, what would it be and why?
I’d certainly like to change the shape of my nose, after years of boxing, I’ve had it broken twice and it’s a wee bit squint. |

I get these mad brown patches on me that come and go on my stomach and arm creases would love them be gone but mean they don't totally annoy me just be happy without them as just random marks on skin lol |

As we get older, losing body fat becomes harder.
Best thing to do is get a wellness evaluation, then month to month, beat your previous months readings.

It's all about nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. When I was a swimmer I used this as a tool in becoming more conscious about what I was doing to my body both mentally and physically, I think you can download an app  |

A wellness evaluation is when someone like myself is able to helm your body fat, muscle mass, bmi, hydration levels, bone density, metabolic age, etc etc
Bupa or spire usually charge around £35 for one |
