I think it closed because the Science Centre opened in Glasgow about the same time.

The area where the Magnum Centre was isn’t quiet, there are houses being built there just now and the large car park is generally busy with young folk and people who are walking their dogs.

Follow the road towards the gailes and there’s a big car park at the beach park. There’s sometimes things happening there.

It’s still quite nice and there are some popular cafes etc, hence, not so quiet

The Gro cafe is really good and it's open in the evening. The food is delicious.

If it’s cafes in the area, try ‘niche’ further down the road from Gro. Well worth a visit.
