Who's nearby?

Does anyone know how to get it to work on a blackberry ? It says there's people from England and Wales nearby when we are in the Southside of Glasgow. Strange!

Try opening Blackberry maps app before you switch on the "who's near" option on fab. That activates the GPS. Need to do the same to make Google Maps work.

I found that. It could be that folk who live far away just happen to be working or visiting your area so their phone shows up..... Just a thought x

when I 1st activated , I got 500 miles at first but as it tuned itself in properly, , the range very quickly reduced.

mine ususally shows 3-4 central scotland then jumps to Cumbria/Manchester/Wales in that order lol.....none in the south side like me
