Any Gym64 (Fife) regulars in here? Needing to get back in shape after 2 years of not training.

cool cool.

Is Pure Gym any good?

I used PureGym in other towns, but kept tripping over weights. Lol.

Pure gym Dunfermline for me.

Gives me everything I’d want from a gym to be honest.

It does the job as long as you avoid peak times to be honest can get cramped but iam usually there really early or late so works for me, the advantage is it is 24hrs and not just limited to fife either.

I use pure gym because its in the town center and its open 24 hours so I can go at stupidly early times before work.

Fife

I joined pure gym and had to go at stupid o'clock to avoid all the lycra clad, taking selfies in the squat rack, trying not to sweat incase they ruin their hair, looking like an IG model casting call gym users.

The women were even worse.

Literally saw people in there loading loads of plates onto the bar getting into position to start a lift then after their mate took a picture of them, they unloaded the bar and moved onto another area to do the same.

I think commercial gyms are most likely all like that now though.

Every cunt is a personal trainer qualified via extensive YouTube watching too.

Only one real weights gym in fife as far as im concerned

Balbirnie Gym; Woolmill Road, Alburne Park Glenrothes

although this has gone downhill and over modern since the 80's

used to be a true weights gym until money got involved.

So you have never heard of Unique Physique? The Lochgelly community gym or the many others that are not large commercial gyms or crossfit gyms.

There are loads to choose from now.

I know lots of people going to pure gym and few at Gym64, both have pros and cons and usually busy at peak time
