Waking up to smell of of a warm hot day on holiday near the sea and sound of pebbles being moved in the gentle waves as the warm rays of sunshine heat you as you take that first sip of coffee and think of the day to come just that blissful moment of peace

There is a toy called fidget pop that I think you’d like as it’s similar to popping bubble wrap lol
