I am very adveturous with food of all kinds, however I do prefer to cook in the french classical style. It's a lot of bother and time but the textures and flavours are well worth it. Jim |

I love cooking and always experimenting tonight its chickrn and potato curry with a homemade garlic pitta thought they ate odly shaped they taste pretty good . |

was in Morrisons in livi the other day and they have a great selection of weird and wonderful veg, i'm just not sure what and how to cook with them....lol |
