Bloody fed up with the amount of fakers and pic collectors on here now. And the utter rudeness of some folks.. even verified is off the charts.

Thank you for being nice and not shooting me down.
Just verified people chatting then adding me as a friend then boom the profiles deleted from the site.
Then had one saying theyll post my pics on the internet unless i gave them money then the profiles vanished. Added with the utter snideness some folks spew out when were all here for fun and get along. Its nice to be nice and have a banter etc. treat folks how you want to be treated |

Maybe try not adding friends unless you've actually met in person.
I don't necessarily think a dissappearing verified profile means they are fake. I've had a few profiles, deleted for a variety of reasons.
Hopefully you have more luck soon! |

Don't freely give out pics! Don't expect every chat to lead to a meet! Not everyone who stops chatting or disappears us a fake!

Ffs im sorry i spoke “im a whinger , having a HUGE moan and not verified” all in the space of five / ten minutes.
I was just stating a fact and suddenly it feels im the bad guy lol

I don't know how long you've been on here for OP but your profile says over a year. Unfortunately things like this happen on here, a lot! Welcome to the forum though. Just surprised it's taken you so long to post a thread. Familiarise yourself with the threads on here to get a feel for things x |

OP no to be so sensitive, you are having a moan, we all have moans and rants its not a big deal, spitting the dummy and saying lesson learned is like now playing the victim. The forums are a great platform to air your frustrations as you have done but it comes at a price where others are entitled to pass opinions on your choice of topic. If you can't handle others opinions then yes perhaps you should think twice about posting here.
As long as opinions don't include abuse then I'm afraid as said earlier you need to just learn to be thick skinned in here. Taking the huff is not an attractive trait either mate , just my opinion. All the best.

In regard to everything you've said OP, could it be you've been a bit too trusting??? I am a great advocator of good vetting. I'd never accept a friends invite or send pictures etc unless very sure of the person. That takes a bit of time but seems to work. Appreciate the frustration you must feel but as you say, lesson learned. There are many lovely people here, take time to find them, good luck xxx  |

I'm not sure I would say they're fake, plenty of people join and leave all the time. It sounds like you might just need to learn to be a bit more cautious. General rule of thumb... don't send anything you wouldn't be happy for the world to see. As for someone b***ckmailing you... report them to admin, at the very least. It's a crime, and to b**ckmail someone on here, when they are too, is the lowest of the low, absolute scumbags! Anyone who uses this site to get one over on someone should be permanently removed from the site, no place for people who can't show discretion!xx |

Try setting their expectations from the start - it works for me.
I DO NOT meet after a few messages - if we are going to meet it will be after regular chatting for quite a while first. If they continue chatting regularly then they’re somewhat genuine.
I also don’t share any ‘extra’ pics - if they’re not satisfied with 82 public pics then I know they are not worth talking too or genuine. |

I'm the opposite, if I dont get a number or meet aranged within the first 10 or so messages then they get bombed out . I'm not talking about people I know that are genuine and I would class as Fab friends , a knockback from them is just that. Won't stop me chatting to them as general conversation. Someone I'm interested in, on whatever platform I'm using only gets so much of my time , I'm not so desperate to keep chasing someone I know is just wasting my time. Works for me anyway.
As said earlier I can usually secure a meet on other platforms within a week .  |
