Hello everyone. I’ve decided that I need to enjoy life more and love for the now. I’m looking for some ideas on how to enjoy myself more. As my name suggests I’m open to ideas. So what have you lot got for me?

Quit your job, sell your house and car. Pack a bag and set off to explore the world and all it's treasures.

Or just take up a new hobby, whatever.

"That sounds great but I think I need to start off with something a little smaller"

- Not Fab related but get out in nature more, hillwalking etc. Clears the mind, good for the soul and makes you grateful that you have the health to do it.

-Say yes more when someone suggests doing something new. Unless it involves something illegal what's the worst that could happen.

This, especially the last bit! Try something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t as yet! Go somewhere you’ve always said you’ll go but haven’t. It doesn’t have to be too dramatic. Small challenges can lead to bigger things.

Find your limits and boundaries... Test them. This can apply across the board.

Also, from personal exp try to do things in the moment. I write music and complete it in the time and space I have. David Lynch uses a similar method of shooting... Prepare, hit the take then go do the next one. It brings some beautiful results, imperfection being the mother of creation so to speak

Motorcycle. Youl be amazed at how differently you will view the country when out on a bike. You notice scenery and discover some amazing routes. There’s also a really friendly biking community across social media & Fab too. Cheap too, decent used bike on a low cost hp/pcp.

Sex wise, could try the bi or trans scene if you’re really committed to opening up yourself to new experiences?

I've started learning Spanish, and started cold water swimming. In such a short space of time, my outlook has changed so much. I find myself very aware of the fact that the only thing stopping me is my brain and my mind talk. Have fun whatever you decide to do!xx

I actually thought your name said open to oldies,

You've had plenty of run of the mill suggestions, I'm more curious as to what you would like to do rather or you've always wanted to do and see if us Fellow Fabbers can be more helpful in a particular direction of your choosing.

Enjoy that man, best way to put the accident behind you is to get back on the seat. Ride safe
