Finally 16 months after nearly killing my self in a motorcycle crash I get my leg over this afternoon
Bike MOT’d and good to go. Going to ride to work for my afternoon shift and when I finish at 6 I may take the long road home
Because of COVID all my injuries have been left to heal themselves without operations so a bit nervous

Felt great just to be back on 2 wheels again.
A bit nervy at first but once I was out a while it was like the last 16 months hadn’t happened
Then I got home and all the muscles had stiffened up and I was sore.
I think because, multiple bones were left to heal themselves I’m over compensating and gripping on instead of relaxing.
By the weekend it will be “crash, what crash” |

Good stuff well done that man - still take it easy for a while as it's all too easy to be rusty and get a sudden shock when not paying attention. Relaxing will defo help!
Mine are still SORNed but will be sorting that and hopefully getting out in the next couple of weeks - can't wait! |

That’s the way to do it man!! Ace!
I’m out later, I’ve broken my right wrist a few times over the last few years so I get that soreness you mention but it goes away quickly.
Enjoy |
