Why would you book a day room rather than just routine hotel booking? Price of day room is very comparable to routine hotel full booking. Am I missing something here?

Most hotel rooms don't let you check in till a bit later. You might get lucky and get an 11am check in but with dsyuse you get the room from 9 or 10 and if you are not staying the night then it makes sense. We have found it to be cheaper.

Dayuse is great. Jury's Inn and Copthorne are two hotels in Aberdeen I've used

It lets you know which hotels will let you book from 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm. Some may have different timings. It can be a bit cheaper than a normal evening rate. I don’t usually use the Day Use website. App is on my phone.
