No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

I'm sure many will like me remember this day like yesterday.

On this day in 1988: Pan Am Flight 103 exploded over Lockerbie, killing all of the 259 crew and passengers on board. Eleven local people of Lockerbie.

A tragedy that will never be forgotten!

I was at the memorial Gardens in August its a very sad & spiritual place ??

Rip to all those who lost their lifes in this disaster.

London - till 25th

I had a former colleague who had just passed Lockerbie when the plane came down. He saw the fireball in his rear mirror.

He was never quite the same.

Another colleague had to carry out testing in the crater. It affected him for years after.

Those who respond and deal with this sort of thing deserve our total respect.

An eye for a eye makes the world blind

I was in the AirForce at the time.

Some of my mates were involved finding and securing the bodies/debris.

Not pleasant

Lanarkshire

I passed in a Citylink bus while everything was still on fire. We were diverted onto the Northbound carriageway as the Southbound was devastated. Heading down to London for Christmas at my girlfriend's parents. I drive past there fairly often now and it always chills me.
