Glasgow City Council will have this place shutdown. If you follow the track record of what they have done with massage palours etc you will see that they managed that.
The thing is that no matter what you want to do as consenting adults there are always people who will not like it and the press just love this type of story.
With regards the press reading this site, yes you can bet they do, you can also bet that the police will also be watching this site (not just the ones on here swining...remember the recent story about that...).
The other thing is that (as shown at the weekend with the ball) we have some nasty folk who would go out there way to report things......
Anyway, never been to the club and dont know the owner but I hope things do get sorted out for him in a good way.

sounds to me like a single bitter frustrated guy who happens to work with the press, who cant get his leg over. Scotlands swingers have a hard enough time with laws in scotland being so outdated and we should be working together encouraging local clubs and individuals who know what they want sexually and safely and let them get on with enjoying theirs lives, wether it be sexually or socially. Hugs Bee xx ps people who use their own free time to arrange socials like the masquerade ball should be given a pat on the back and given a medal not bad mouthed and let down by sad individuals. |

"Yep, read it, just wondered how much was true and how much was the usual press assassination job?
"
Thats what happens in fox street - it was not an assasination job.
Though last 3 times I went there was not that much sex in the darkroom |

Interesting footnote to this tale.
The Glaswegian free paper is reporting that a representative of the Fox Street club turned up at Glasgow City Chambers (that's the town hall for non-Scots) and handed over £700 to a stranger "to pay a licence fee". The stranger vanished, promising to return with a receipt but never did.
Police are said to be investigating. The council declined to comment. |
