Yeah shouldn't be too sore if done properly - never need the painkillers I was given but avoid erections for about 4wks - cant stop it when you're sleeping though lol
Was it in warm lightly salted water and keep it clean and you'll be back in the saddle in no time lol |

"Had it done a few years ago and I am so glad I did. One of the best decisions of my life!"
Why?...what are the benefits?...genuinely interested in the reasons |

More men need to be circumcised as it massively reduces the risk of infection. Although everyone should keep wearing a condom, for oral sex infection can still take place, but for men who are circumcised the risk of infection is much much less. In South Africa scientists looking at whether circumcised men had less risk of contracting and spreading HIV suspended a 3 year trial involving over 10,000 men when the results showed clearly that circumcised men were over 100 times less likely to contract a STD than non-circumcised. It was unethical to continue with the trial and research when the evidence was so overwhelming. I had it done years ago, and it was no skin off my nose!!! get it done! |

Sorry mate that was a deeply flawed study.. another one carried out between two tribes neighbouring each other. one which ritualistically circumcised and one that didn't showed no difference in infection rates. The study you have quoted has been widely discredited. . The only reason it has come to prominence is because it has been upheld by the American pediatric society so as to continue the practice of infant circumcision. Would you believe that most of their members a Jewish, came as a surprise to me. Anyways if you want to do it go ahead it's personal preference but actually most research shows there is no need and that it might cause more problems than it could be worth. Of course if you have a medical condition regards your foreskin by all means cut the bigger off. Excuse the ramble I'm half asleep! |

I must admit through medical reasons I had no choice am glad I've done it now even though am only a few days in had researched a lot on how other guys felt and got scared at some of the stories but I have only felt slight discomfort afterwards and not needed to take painkillers depends on the surgeon I guess but I would say if you have to get it done for medical reasons it really isn't as bad as what people make out everyone is different I guess just thought I would share my experience to help others anyway |

I can't understand why you would get yourself circumcised for any other reason than health, but I suppose that's just me and each to their own!
I had mine done at 21 for medical reasons and have to say it was effin sore!
Managed a whole 2 weeks without an erection then in the 3rd week there was an erotic scene in a film I was at the cinema watching which I hadn't bargained for... the stitches were still there and oooyah that hurt.
I won't be doing that again that's for sure |
