I know this is a sexual site, and nudism is not sexual, but do any of you on here take part in nudist activities. I have been interested in exploring my nudist side as a body confidence thing and being more comfortable in my skin. I think it would be very liberating. |

As our name suggests we are very much naturists. We are staying in a small naturist place in Corralejo at the moment. Naked 24/7 if you want. Another 12 naturists here all enjoying the sunshine. |

I also enjoy naturism. Been to several places and stayed in nudist resorts or hotels with nude sunbathing areas.
I wish there were more facilities in Scotland. As others have said very relaxing and liberating. |

I am  there are sun clubs (swims) in both glasgow and edinburgh. I love the beaches of Lanzarote and some hotels there have sun decks which are great fun. |

I love the feeling of being naked, went to my first nudist beach this summer while abroad and while the Mrs went for a nap, spent the majority of my time on my stomach to hide the throbbing dick I was that aroused by it!
Local woodland near me also that I know for a fact no one uses, stripped off twice during the summer there and went for a walk, love the thrill of it! |

UK nudist only and have been for 25+ years started off at Tentsmuir Fife then Aberlady East Lothian now prefer Ardeer Ayr in my opinion it’s the best beach for nudists in scotland even if it’s a 2 hour drive for me looking forward to summer 2022  |

I am naturist too, as well as a swinger. I love beaches abroad but have spent time this summer in North Wales on a great beach with a couple of naked campsites adjacent. Also stayed at a great naturist hotel and spa. Naked all the time. I have found other naturists to be so open and friendly. |

You can get some fantastic days weather wise in scotland i have spent some glorious days in extreme heat on Ardeer beach in Ayr as good as abroad you just need to pick the right day I’m from the east coast but on a a nice day it’s much warmer over in the west looking forward to getting back to Ardeer next year . |

I’ve been a nudist for many many years. I go to Balmedie Beach near Aberdeen.
There’s plenty of space there to get away from the textile folks. It’s such a great way to relax and unwind. It’s often said that the more clothes you take off the more your worries and cares come off. It feels so good to have the warm sun on your skin and eventually it has the added bonus of making me horny |

They're often used interchangeably, I'd probably describe myself as nudist rather than naturist but either works. I'd say naturist conveys more of a sense of 'someone who likes getting back to nature, feeling closer to nature by not wearing clothes' whereas nudist would more err towards 'someone who likes being naked'. |

there is an official one up north of Brora called Cakraig i think with campsite next to it..not been yet but i have occasionally had stops on motorbike and fojnd great spots so just got naked.

My 1st summer over at Ardeer i spent 4 absolutely glorious days in a row on this beach felt like i was abroad seriously it was that hot …. Aberlady next to Gullane East Lothian is also another fantastic nude beach getting more popular and accepted |

We go to Ardeer beach a few times every summer when we get the chance. We find it a great way to relax and spend the day. Also attended the Glasgow swim a few times pre-covid, highly recommended but haven't managed back yet.
Off to Berlin tomorrow for a few days where the weather is meant to be nice so hoping for the chance to strip off in the Tiergarten or one of the FKK beaches around the lakes. |

Me, My Fiancée and sometimes some of our family do. We go to the naturist beach, attend BN events and naturist campsites. Naturism has as much to do with sex as wearing clothes does. It's just the same world made up of normal people but without clothes and a bit more freindly and grounded. Unfortunately some people sexualise something that is just so natural. It's liberating, healthy and just makes a better you. We were born naked, it's not obscene or perverse. Clothes are just there to keep you warm and dry and are a completely useless as a concept in a pool or the sea.
Yes some naturist are also swingers like us. But so are many textiles. And there is no reason why in the right space naturist swingers can't mix the two. For example we stayed at a nude swingers resort in Gran Canaria which was perfect for us. But that needs to be in the right consenting space.
A naturist area doesn't make things a sexy free for all or pervy space. The rules are completely the same as any clothed space in this regard. People (especially women and families) have a right to feel safe and carefree in a naturists space. Sadly some don't realise this.
Everyone should try it. We as a society should be more grown up and liberated. I hope you enjoy and it a better world and people. |

I do worry about nudism being sexualised though. I chatted with someone previously about families who promote and live a nudist lifestyle….. there’s a lot to pick apart there as while I’m sure it’s liberating, there surely has to be boundaries? boundaries ? Do you have these when you step out the shower nude?

my point was you have only the constraints you place on yourself (I tend to cover up when the kids are about)

It was the boundaries within families I was referring to.
External boundaries are what we place on ourselves, yes. If you go beyond the boundary of a nudist beach for instance, the feds may have something to say about their boundaries |

There’s a nudist beach near Helmsdale in the Highlands. I’ve been there a few times, there’s also woods not too far from me where I can get naked. I’m heading up there in July for the day. |

I am naked when I can be. Often at home. Also in secluded bit of garden. Great too feel the sun on your skin. Happy to meet other nudists chill, coffee, even a massage. |

We go to naturist events, various clubs and beaches. From our experience, despite the bollocks that people say about lifestyle and not anything like swinging, there are very few naturist men who are not swingers or at least wish they looked good enough to take part. |

The Sunday swim in Glasgow is lovely and safe welcoming. We try for Aberlady beach when we can. And I'd love to hang out with other naturists who can be nude at home (I can't because of others living here). I've enjoyed lots of sensual nude exploration in my life and art, so always fun to share with other sensitive and sensual spirits. |
