Now in my fifties , still feel as fit as i was in my forties , but i definitely would consider myself middle aged . I hear alot of people say , that This time in your life is definitely best  |

Probably late 40s...mathematically at least,this is mid way through my life if I get to live to a very ripe old age.
I'm at stage now that I don't care. Feel and look better than I did in my 20s .....I think. That may be due to the failing eyesight mind you  |

you’re only as young as the guy ya feel . Can knock off 4 year for ya . Or 4.5 if you use the Black Friday code |

If you are talking numbers, the UK life expectancy is early 80's, oldest recorded Briton lived to 115, im sure you can do the arithmetic.
If your looking for a more philosophical answer, age happens, getting old is optional. |
