Why the fuck would anyone want to steal pics and put them on xhamster its happened to me 5 times now its happened again and to top it off its someone from my friends list thats done it as its private pics...fucking arseholes !!! |

thats a shame to hear, but why have you a friends list that includes munters you have knocked back?? surely the idea of displaying all your private pics should be only to people who you really trust. after all, just because a guy/girl has had fun with you doesnt mean they are to be trusted. humans are the most devious specimens on earth.,even if we have had fun with people, we are still very careful who sees our pics and even still we dont display pics with faces on compromising pics for the very same reason as happened to you, and you said it happened, was it 5 times??? did you not realise after the 1st time??? dont let it happen a 6th time,,,fuck them and forget them. x |

Im actually thinking its someone i blocked a while ago because the dude got abusive when i couldnt meet him i was messaging him for a while and id arranged to meet him, mailed him a few days before to rearrange the dude got nasty so i blocked him, maybe they saved my pics and still have them on there comp, cant do much about that can i ? |

I get what your saying,, its relative to the diffrent rules of pic adding to single guys profiles, compared to solo women and couples, we guys can never have other peoples, especially women met-face pics showing automatically as a rule. |

Is'nt there a way for Fabs to block the copying of pics on the site?
I know it's possible, as some sites block the copying of pics due to copyright, ie; art and poster sites.
We know a few people who have had their pics stolen and used on other profiles.
Cheeky sods

Why don't you right-click protect our photos to stop others stealing / saving them?
We believe in being straighforward with the members of Fab. Right click protect doesn't work and gives a false sense of security by pretending to "protect" images. Other sites may pretend they've protected your images but actually they're being dishonest by claiming that.
Right click "protect" can be gotten around in under 2 seconds by any of the following methods:
Simplest: Goto File menu, Save As, and save to desktop = The photos will be in a folder on your desktop that your browser has created.
OR... Disable JavaScript by going to Tools menu, choose Internet Options, Click the Security tab, click Custom Level, scroll to the "Scripting" section of the list and click Disable. Right click can now be used to save images.
OR... Press print screen and the image + page will be copied to clipboard where it can be pasted into a graphics program for resize or save.
We give you three privacy options on your photos and we now hide images from anyone who isn't a member of Fab. If you are worried about someone stealing your photos you may want to set them to be viewable only by your friends, or private in which case you can send by private mail.
We also now watermark all photos upon upload.

I've just been on the site and its all videos and no photo gallery? ..is xhamster part of adult friend finder as thats the next link that comes up? Just curious as should we all be made aware and to keep checking this site in case someone has pinched our pics?  |

It's too easy to crop pictures now so its unavoidable other than choosing "friends" more carefully.
Try checking for the suspect's username on XHamster...people generally use the same names!

For what it's worth here is my penny worth of advice.
Anything you post onto the Internet is there forever. Anything you let someone see via a computer or digital device is there forever. Webcams can be recorded very easily using free software, pictures can be saved and reposted easily, and internet privacy is only going to get worse. There are already a few sites that will track and compare images to identify duplicates. Watermarks on images, very easily removed.
Jane and I have young children, they will one day grow up , I don't want them to see their parents in some compromising sites or video hosting service in the future. If you don't believe what I am saying, google facial recognition Facebook etc and see for yourself. And people wonder why we are very reluctant to show a face picture via the web. Internet safety is in my opinion one of the most important parts of personal security considerations, now and for the future. Goodluck for the future and stay safe John |

solution to this is simple, look at what we do on our pics and copy the idea. the small fab stamp at the bottom of every picture on here can be cropped out, but a big username across your forehead is a little more difficult.
also, if your finding pics of you on there, they will be on every amateur porn site on the net.....aswell as most probably on single fem and couple profiles in england and wales (this has happened to us) x |
