So they look hot from the pics, email banter is good.... But meet them and they have the personality of a block of wood......
What happens then?
You either shag them or turn the meet into a social meet and walk away....
Hence why we like to meet socially.... Not always set in stone... Had meets before where it was due to be a social but turned into something more....
Easier to arrange a social and then there is no expectations if there isn't an attraction from either side.

Done all 3, met socially and had fun afterwards, met socially and didnt like the people enough to shag them and met and had sex within 5 mins after exchanging a few mails! The only problem for us meeting socially for a drink only is that we do not have a sitter very often and if we all have a great night it might be another couple of months before we can meet up again. Its whatever suits the individual that counts x |

There are lots of people I would like to meet socially, and some I would like to meet again as it has been such a long time since I have seen them. Most are going to the ball, so hopefully I can pick them out if the mask comes off them. |

we like to have a social meet first,due to having a few disastrous meets,along the way.
all of them had fantastic pics,and profiles that sounded perfect for us.
we met one couple where the guy still had his pyjama bottoms on,a vest which had much of his dinner splattered on it,and he was completely toothless,he explained that he never wore his teeth in the house.we couldn't get out of there quick enough.
another couple looked like they had just finished the gardening.
he was wearing a shell suit.
she was wearing an old cardigan (it had holes in it)and an old skirt,which had been burnt with the iron.hasty retreat again.
another couple we arranged to meet at theirs at 9,when we got there he was d*unk,still had his work clothes on,complete with his work identification around his neck,he said he finished work at 5,and just couldn't be bothered getting showered and changed.once more retreat retreat retreat.
this is why we prefer to meet socially first.
we don't think we are better than anybody,but we are always clean,and always make an effort to look our best on any meets.
it shouldn't be to much to ask,that others do the same,it's only common decency.
ps we have also met some lovely sexy people along the way.

So if you meet for a drink and decide they're not for you for whatever reason is that then classed as social? lol
The reason we do social first is, as others have said before, we've had a few disasterous meets in the past. We accomodate for a lot of meets and the last thing we want to do is ask someone to leave our house. In a bar we can just walk away at the end of the night and never see them again. |

i take quite a while getting to know people before i meet them usually so im normally pretty sure of whats gonna happen lol...but saying that nothing is ever a certainty as it may be different when meeting in person!...been lucky so far though |
