Their cover of land of confusion is better imo"
Ooh, I am off to Spotify that then! If it’s better than The Sound of Silence it must be mega!!! |

I love this cover/version of space oddity by Langley schools music project. Bowie is one of my favourite artists and this version is so innocent, always come back to it

Thanks for that, loved it, especially drums but whole arrangement was a wee bit different and gave it an intensity yet it also remained true to the original |

Pre-digital downloading/streaming the BBC used to release all the Live Lounge sessions on CD and the one they done for Radio 1’s 40th anniversary was packed full of amazing covers. |

Just gave the Bad Wolves cover a listen and it’s superb!
A few mentioned here that I really like but I’d also add Malia J’s cover of Smells Like Spirit |

Dolores was about to reprise the song with them when she died I believe but they released it as a tribute. The video is pretty good too. She had the voice of an Angel, a sad loss. |

"Sensational Alex Harvey Band - NEXT."
Their cover of "Delilah" is pretty knockout too. As for the YT clip of Alex and the boys doing Del Shannon's "Runaway" I fell off my chair... I dont think I stopped smiling for a week. |

I still have that CD - Keep going back to it as I always convince myself there was a cover of Madonna's Frozen on it, but there isn't.
My vote for fave cover is Insane Clown Posse's version of All the Way. |

Good one, Runaway was on one of their later albums, quite a few covers on that Schools Out, Crazy Horses though the best was Goodnight Irene. |

I’m fairly liking the miley cyrus and Elton John cover of nothing else matters. Not someone I’d normally listen too.
Michael ball and Alfie boe version of brothers in arms.
Ub40 red red wine is easily better than original as well as guns and roses knocking on heavens door. Willie nelson always on my mind is a good cover too

"Nirvana's acoustic version of Bowie's The Man Who Stole The World."
Yes that whole unplugged set is rather special to say the least.
Said before but combination of the video and his performance but Hurt by Johnny Cash is powerful and emotive.

Always a highlight of their live sets but then everything they do is fantastic.
Revisited the Lemonheads cover of Mrs Robinson recently. |

- Landslide - The Chicks (originally Fleetwood Mac)
- Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds - Elton John (originally the Beatles)
- Hard to Handle - Black Crowes (originally Otis Reading)
- Mercy - The Third Degree (originally Duffy)
- Feeling Good - Muse (originally Nina Simone)
