I have answered this kind of question before.
To find a Domme or Mistress is incredibly easy. There are a pletherer of professionals in your local area who could facilitate your new found adventure.
However I suspect that is not what you want.
So, the question is. Do you want a female lead relationship or a partner who would take the lead from time to time to allow you to explore kink or do you want a play partner specifically for one off or more meet ups and exploration.
As already expressed previously there are more kink driven webpages. FAB does have a kink side but is primarily swinging focused.
The other site mentioned is a resource site for kink where you can meet groups of individuals socially via munch events and through clubs to network and explore.
Note swinging and bdsm are very much different beasts.
Bdsm tends to not have a sexual element.
Though there are large grey areas to this and line can and does blur.
Swinging is sexual by nature.
You need to firstly;
-understand you
-understand what you are interested in
-understand what your limits are
-research research research
-network through events
Put the effort in and you will benefit from the rewards.
