Just a question does anyone else have trouble getting access to see there children from previous relationship.
I was getting my daughter pretty regular and then ex meets new man all of a sudden it stops or I go to pick her up I'm told they have plans for the weekend.
My daughter sends message asking when can she see me.
It so heat breaking not being able to see my daughter |

You have your rights as a parent mate, best suggestion would be to make planned arrangements as opposed just turning up and asking to take her. If an amicable regular arrangement can't be sorted then it's through the courts I'm afraid bud.
Will advise you though, start a diary of any time they cancel previously agreed meetings and never ever get angry if your ex fucks you about , that's what the diary would be for. I assure you if you get aggressive in any way even verbally it will be used against you in any access court proceedings. |

Tricky one chum, if you are on the BC or were married to the mum at any point in the child’s life (if the child was born after 2005 I think) you have the automatic PRR’s however annoyingly this doesn’t include automatic right to see the child. It’s messy and can lead to huge solicitor fees (£13k for me since April 2020).
