Halloween is approaching. What was your favourite costume to go round the doors in, as a child?

One of my sons friends did this when they were wee. He had different coloured hands all over it… he was a handbag

Half a toilet roll wrapped around you and that was that, "you're a mummy kiddo".

No wonder kids grow up fucking damaged.

My kid has extorted 60 quid out of me for a costume this year!

My costume this year has worked out at around £100 when I added it all up and paid for the alterations. Still all for my art so let's hope it's worth it

The black bin bag was a classical piece for me, thrown together with fangs and fake blood as a cheap vampire.

Few years ago I dressed as the joker for deliveries. This year I plan on wandering around stirling as joey jordison from slipknot.

Back in 2006 I was in the RAF and one of the squadron boys was taking out the base dental nurse who was a little on the alternate side on the same night we had our base Halloween party. The plan was to take her out for food then head to the party. When he arrived later on (alone) he was fucking livid as she had turned up at this well to do restaurant dressed as a tellytubbie honestly still wish I was a fly on the wall just to have seen his face

My childhood favourites were black bin bag and witches hat or flowery dress, hair in a bun with chopsticks through it.

Couple of years ago I went to CJs as a naughty nurse and had a great time

My favourite was using my dads referee kit and drawing a mustache on my face

I remember mum using old clothes and drawing spiders webs on them for my brother to be Spider-Man, it rained and all the black pen had run by the time he came back home
