Has anyone had a job interview recently that was held over Teams/Skype and you've had a bit of a disaster?
I had one today where I had to have my camera on so I had a shirt and tie on but had shorts and slippers on under the desk where the camera couldn't see.
All going well until they asked me for proof of ID, stood up to grab my passport forgetting my camera was still on and that I had tucked my shirt into my trousers. Came back and the interviewer was laughing giving it "that's a new meaning to the term smart/casual".
I've got a nice set of legs so hopefully that worked in my favour  |

Things like that can sometimes help.
I once had an interview where it was going OK, not fabulous, but a test of the building wide announcement system was done by one of the Security Guards. He started off impersonating an Alarm, then started singing something.
We all had a good chuckle at it, and they had offered me the role before I was even 5 minutes away from the building.

I've got a video interview on Monday and I'm just a tad nervous as I just don't do video calls, I hate them lol. It's the thought that I'm going to freeze and not know what to say x |

You'll be fine. Just don't do what I done. Or maybe do exactly what I done and you will be guaranteed to get the job haha!

There was a newspaper report a few weeks ago. It wasn't and interview but a teams meeting and the women left the camera on but her partner came in and they started shagging in the bedroom in full view of the camera with sound on  |
