Just keep your eyes on the forums,they normally get posted on there,for one either in your area or that your prepared to travel to.
Its normally a meal in a restaurant sort of affair,and sometimes a party afterwards,its a good icebreaker if your new to the site and let's folk know what your like |

And regards limited numbers… venues will have a limit on how big their function rooms are. Were sticking to that.
Last years ball had about 140 attending. This year, we have 180 people paying. If we do one next year, we may consider getting a bigger venue if people enjoy themselves.
