Drifting in the high seas here .. 
Never seen a cottage at the dam park .. did they demolish it along with the dam park itself .. fab dance venue back in the day btw ..  |

Situated beside road across from fire station just above current car park ... Demolished years ago, not that I frequented in those days ... Might have been different now !!! |

You mean the Civic Theatre ?? .. it was an old church converted into a theatre buy adding a hideous rough casted extension onto it.... certainly not a 'cottage' .. I'm even more lost now ..... |
