Site supporter pass problems

Both of us have tried to add the £5 supporter pass on our phones (different networks) and on both phones it’s coming up as “not sent”

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the site with this or has anyone have similar problems ? Site pass runs out today

Check your network settings.

It a premium rate number.

You may to lift that restrictions

Thanks for all your help , it’s worked for my mrs today so asking as 1 of us can do it then we should be fine
