If you are healthy, have all the kit and have a spare 10hrs, then there is no reason why you shouldn't.
I would perhaps see if you can link up with a walking group.
Better to be with others than on your own. Ben can be dangerous a place. |

If your a seasoned mountain man and got the right equipment go for it, but tell someone your going and your route and what time you’ll be back. If your not then plenty other things to do. |

Go up via the CMD ridge. "
I did the CMD ridge two years ago and it was great fun, much better and more interesting than the tourist path up! |
