Unfortunately the statement of permission means very little unless you can back it up with legal representation.
Regarding any stolen images, videos, content all you can do is report it to site administration and have them remove the item.

If it's a fake profile that someone is making up then they wont care about taking pictures from anyone regardless of what is stated in their profiles. Let's face it what can you actually do about it and I'd doubt anyone is or has taken legal action against anyone who has. It will probably disappear as quickly as it appeared. |

it was a males profile had pic of me and guy i met in the pic have reported it to administration |

It happened to us, someone took one of Lexy's pictures and used it as their profile picture. We reported it to admin and the picture was taken down but the profile is still active, probably using other people's stolen pictures. I made all our pictures private as a result. |

I also have a page on a well known nude content site the name of which I can’t say here.....
I’ve had pics taken off there and used on here to create a fake fem profile. I reported it and it got taken down. It’s one of the risks of posting anything online I guess. |
