I meditate every day, walk as much as I can and I read too. I love the escapism of getting lost in a book x

What's your go to meditations? You do guided or just silent eyes closed and concentrating on the breath? Have you tried to the wim hof method? Sad to say I don't read much can never find the time I should try make more of an effort with that

I do a bit of both. I downloaded the Headspace app and did the sessions every day but did away with it when it asked for me to purchase the advanced. I'm going through the Headspace guide on Netflix as well. It gives you a good sense of what to do just taking five minutes every day just to sit and focus on your breathing as well. Overall it's actually helped me breathing better and feeling pretty good for it x

Yeah that's it, all about focusing on the present moment, concentrating on your breath and just feeling inside if you know I mean, feeling the energy flowing around your body. Yeah same here my breathing is the best it's ever been, tbh I didn't even know I was breathing wrong my whole life just breathing shallow half breaths. I enjoy listening to solfeggio frequencies while meditating they seem to allow me to enter a elevated state of consciousness x

Use the headspace app for meditation and sleep music. Along with going for walks and listening to music and podcasts are good for me mentally especially this last year.

Yeah this headspace app seems to be pretty popular. I'd say the exact same things have kept me going this past year, especially going walking in the hills and camping. Somewhere you can see the stars, really brings things into perspective
