How soon is soon? Hospitality (kind of) opened again today, so if you're here next week most likely pubs and restaurants will be fully booked.
The mural walk is meant to be good (google for more info).
Everything's been closed for so long, most of us have just about forgotten about things to do  Some of the locals will pop in with some more suggestions hopefully.

Honestly not sure exactly what is & isn't open, so impossible to really recommend things. As has been said, today is the first day hospitality/pubs/restaurants etc have been allowed to re-open (albeit with restrictions in place) and lots of places require bookings. |

They get cancellations and no shows though, might be worthwhile taking a stroll through the toon and just ask if they don't look too busy. You got other people coming with you, or you just by yourself? |
