It wild garlic (or ransome) season, I've been adding it to pizza. Raw and chopped in salads or wilted down with butter and black pepper as a spinach style veg. I plan to use some in a lasagne soon and to BBQ food wrapped in the leaves.
Has anyone got any other ideas I could try? |

I picked some with my kid last week, we had it in spaghetti meatballs. Some will go pizza tonight (when I get off my arse & go make it lol)
We have veg growing in garden (finally after the frost, winter is now Feb - April by the looks of it).
I also looking to learn more foraging skills, just good knowledge to have really & it's being lost. |
