2 paracetamol an hour before, 2 ibuprofen 40 mins before...
Will help, not much but it will help.
Paracetamol for pain, ibuprofen for swelling.
Get some tea tree body lotion/wash for post peel... |

i obviously only have the lady parts but can confirm ours is no wear near as sore as what this lot are making out and i do full hollywood , i actually imagine your back in going to be the most painful assuming its thick hair and a sizeable area to cover
also bear in mind the first one is always the most painful, repeat waxing makes it easier , quicker and less sore so if you really don’t enjoy the first, still give it at least one more go
i do agree that no harm in a couple of painkillers half hour before you go though |

thanks very much this helps sooth my nervousness just getting crack and sack not the back , i dont get a hair back or chest but everywhere else yeah , im gonna continue once ive had it done  |

ack then its such a small area you will wonder what the fuss was about when you are out in no time
breathe in when she is getting ready, breathe out when she rips - no idea why it helps but for some reason it does |
