It's not that I think someone is out is my league, I'm more likely to not reply or first message if they have verifications from women I couldn't match up to!

I do this, too. I think it's only human nature to compare ourselves with others and think we can't compete. I'm often confounded, though, when I do manage to squeeze into my big boy pants. The best people are quite often their own biggest critics.

Put it this way, if someone's profile makes someone feel inferior, it's deliberately set out that way. Those are not my type of people. There's a fine line between confidence and arrogance, and if a profile is set up to make people feel down about themselves, they're not people I would be interested in meeting anyway. A bit of humility will get you a lot further with me xx
