well I was driving down south in the truck,finished off the last packet and decided I wasn't having anymore,had stopped before using patches/fake fags.none of that worked,done it using just willpower,first week was hardest,now I don't even think about it  |

what also helped was when I was out was sticking to alcohol free/soft drinks,easier to say no then which iu think is where I went wrong when I tried to stop before |
