"Is it just me or is the Olympic Flame in the Olympic stadium really pish?
It looks like someone has stood on it!

The total cost to the taxpayer equates to 46p each, if you really begrudge that, we will pay yours.
The Olympic flame represents every country involved, which they take there bit with them at the end.
So, the answer is, no it is not "pish",

I loved the concept of each country bringing out a piece of the pyre to represent inclusion and the way those pieces then came together as one for the olympic community was inspired thinking. I agree the flames could be a little bigger but overall, its fantastic.
Its just my opinion and it will divide people because its not a 'conventional' flame but being creative is what the UK is all about, same for the opening ceremony. I don't know anyone, not one, who watched the opening and thought it was anything but amazing.

Totally agree. The flame concept and the opening ceremony were really imaginative and very well done.
Those critics are just proving they have little or no appreciation of creative thinking.
