I was having a chat with a fab friend this morning about being more positive about their own self. Be kind to yourself and tell me 3 things that you love about you. Can be mental, emotional, physical....anything at all.

It curls over the toe next to it, it's not that uncommon really.(to my surprise)
I once accused my mother of neglecting me as a child because of it. She told me I was born that way and don't be so bloody stupid

1. Determined Attitude physically (I've defied docs for 5 yrs beyond their prediction)
2. Independence - fiercely, rarely need help from anyone especially on a physical front
3. My odd brain - whilst it causes lots of issues, it has allowed me some wild experiences and interesting knowledge _ase due to curiosity.
