Does anyone watch these shows?

We have watched about 4 different seasons and the last one really hit us in the heart. it was the USA one and the results at the end for the vast majority of them really was amazing, really inspiring!

Yeah i love it too and am amazed by the amounts of weight some lose in just one week

I dont watch every show but i do actually enjoy watching it now and then. Alway's give's me a boost to loose my extra weight! Very inspiring and amzing achievment's for the people taking part.
