Is in the air... Lockdown is slowly lifting, I’ve had my vaccine, spring is in the air... I’m excited about seeing friends and family soon... I can’t wait to get my mop cut and in the meantime I’ve tried one of those crazy hair colours... rose gold

Naw it's the fact that I actually might get to watch something on the telly I like instead of all the drivel she watches.
If it's banal or a pensioner show, then she'll be watching it.
Bill repeats, Judge Rinder, Doctors, Casualty, Holby City, most of the soaps, any soft-detective things (Like Father brown), Loose Women, This Morning, any "reality" Police show, the Chase, Tipping Point.
Add in that she'll repeatedly watch repeats of Mrs Browns Boys, Still Game and Everybody Loves Raymond. Also EVERYTHING must stop when a Royle Family episode is on.
The thing that compounds it more is that we have Netflix, Sky and Amazon Prime. Almost no end of things to watch.
So her going away, is a little bit of freedom for me, if only for about 48 hours at most.
