I'm sure they are out there.

However I reckon most women would prefer a man who is an equal or able to treat them occasionally.

I'd say not really as woman have little reason to feel the need to pay for a sexual encounter unfortunately alot of guys are so desperate they will pay.

It's also the reason imo you get alot more self absorbed fems as alot believe their own hype

Is this not just usually the 'bank of mom'?

seriously, some women do pay/treat but you'll be had pushed to find them, especially since men out weight women at least 10/1 on online sites.

you'd be looking for those with the fetish for it. which is unlikely to be on Fab
