Is it just me or is the weather increasing the horn? So damned annoying when yer trying tae sleep alone but the horn keeps you awake.

I think it's just coincidence that the horns keeping everyone awake, I mean last night it was tooting all night. Yous think the ignorant gits would take their skoda down to Kwik fit and get it sorted
