Before the pandemic the national debt was close to 2 trillion. After the year we have just had anyone thinking taxes werent going to go up is howling at the moon. Rightly or wrongly we are always going to be the ones paying this back. No matter how strongly the economy comes back it wont be enough on its own. |

How can we make more money, where will struggling company's find this extra money to pay us more come from. For civil servants to make more money that would cost the tax payer more money . For the NHS to make more money that would cost our taxes more money. Small businesses are struggling through a pandemic , where will they find the money to let us make more money. Bit of a vicious circle in my eyes. |
