Why are so many guys winging that they're not meeting and that they dont fit others meeting requirements. It's a pandemic ffs do you really want to endanger your loved ones. Ok that might be a bit dramatic, really dont get it is sex that important to some folk that they'd risk spreading a virus and spoil any future fun.

Its not only guys women & couples are still meeting too !

Thats totally upto each individual what risks they are prepared to take .

Everyone knows it shouldn't be happening but a million forum posts about it isn't going to change the fact that if people want to meet they will

We think there is too many meeting or trying to meet.. not just Scotland but on whole site

Saying that , when do you expect to start meeting again? We think by the summer of all restrictions have been lifted and adults have been offers their vaccinations x

Even after we've all have had the second jab we should still be very careful. I for one don't think that meeting after having the jabs is sensible but that's just my opinion. I think that Fab will be watching the government guidelines for every part of the UK very carefully too before letting us meet again x

Totally agree , I think socially yes at end of summer then take it from there , see the infection rates etc before deciding to a possible fun meet later on

Shangri-la

Anyone I've seen looking for meets during this situation is not someone I would be willing to meet once it is safe to do so. If they have such total disregard for the safety of others now then chances are they are equally irresponsible about other things such a their own sexual health. I've blocked many & added notes to profiles of others.

Personally I have pretty much decided I won't be meeting anyone new this year for anything more than a social. I might, once restrictions are lifted & we have all had both doses of vaccine, consider meeting up with trusted friends towards Christmas time.

This is our stance as well, if clubs open up we will make a calculated choice whether to go or not (definitely in favour of having fun asap) but we want this to be the last lockdown so want to ensure we are as prepared as can be

Totally agree with this. What I can't understand is why are Fab allowing statuses asking for meets at this time

I think all restrictions being lifted by the summer is a bit optimistic I can see some sort of restrictions remaining for a good bit longer, hopefully I’m wrong though.

I think FAB as a site are taking the “No meets” as away of saying they’re doing their bit and not offering the looking to meet option, unfortunately FAB can’t stop idiots meeting unless they either take the site down or kick people off for asking for meets. My block list is growing as I’ve decided that if these idiots want to meet during a pandemic then what are they willing to do other times

You have heard of aids I take it . ? Covid is just another virus , just like aids . Aids never stopped people so why would you think covid would. ?

And why are they whingeing , ? Because they can .

Your on whingeing too just like them only for a different reason.

Each to there own I'm sure everyone netting is consenting adults my personal opinion is apart from more social gatherings I haven't changed my life much in the last year neither have I caught or passed on this virus. Yes it's there it's a killer but no different to slot of other viruses that circulate year round I'm sorry but I keep myself clean those I socialise with are the same therefore I will continue.

I don't think Fab will lift their restriction to not meet until possibly next year. No one knows what's going to happen by then but hopefully we'll all be in a better place.

Like yourself my block list has been growing due to guys asking to meet. The only people I want to meet when it's safe to do so is my parents. Until then I'm staying in my own bubble at home where it's safe. Stay safe x

Just a heads-up, there's now a dedicated option after the report button for people breaching lockdown - site admins say users get one warning. I've lost track of how many times I've used it.
