i know its music related but massive beatles fan and find sir paul blasting out hey jude on the olypics very dissapointing ..many more to choose ....esp from the beatles back catologue .............question is fav song ???????? be it lennon or mccartney .?????

If you were to ask my fav beatles song...

Strawberry fields forever... One of lennons bests as far as I am concerned... Had it appeared on sgt peppers album as first intended, I may have a different answer lol

Has to be abbey road, too many good songs to choose from but would probably pick one that George wrote, my favourite beatle by a long way. Mccartney seemed a bit washed up at olympics, maybe was the sound problems, a bit of a disaster, just like his appearance on live aid

Album would be Sgt Pepper, fav track For The Benefit of Mr Kite...Although I tend to prefer cover versions, such as Siouxsie and the Banshees' versions of "Helter Skelter" and "Dear Prudence" and Laibach's version of the whole "Let It Be" album...
