What's the deal with these, are they included in the ban on click and collect services in Scotland that came into force last month, anyone used one lately?

One in local supermarket is still accessible but lots round me are in Gyms or business’ that are closed, but when you order it tells you what ones are “available”
As mentioned above, some are some aren't it depends on location and accessability. Even though I'm WFH I prefer a locker delivery as it gives me the freedom to go out at anytime during delivery day and then collect at leisure.
