It makes me chuckle the amount of times I've seen "guys, slow down with the messages" on women's statuses recently.
They do realise we're not all in one room taking it in turns to send them copy/paste messages yeah? I generally have no idea when other guys are sending women messages. Am I supposed to?? |

I think this is mosty on females profiles who have just joined the site and i do believe some guys sit and wait till they see a new fem and mail then rather than waiting a few days to let them settle in they inundate them with emails ..so maybe guys if you do see a new female and know they will be inundated with emails leave it a day or two them mail them xxx
Wee example i set up a ff profile with a fem friend of mine and we had almost 200 messages in about 3 hours just no way you can get around to replying to all the emails . |

Yeah, I know that a new female profile causes a mad rush of clambering single men, but its the wording of it. It's the same wording every time. Just makes me chuckle, its not like we group together to send messages |

I remember when I first joined, I had nearly 200 messages within a few hours, I found it so daunting, I deleted my account (ok I came back a week later) And grew a thick skin, so yes guys, let the newbies settle in and find their feet  |

well if you see on a fems profile please slow down with the messages then you will know she in inundated take it as a personal message of you like and leave it a day or two before mailing lol |

I do take note of it and don't send a message there and then. But like I said, the picture it put in my head amuses me.

I still have unread messages to get through and I joined over a week ago! 
Screams desperation on the guys part to pounce like that on newbies so that disinterests me straight away. 
I have filters in place and still get loads but I tend to do the looking and will only pick ones that interest and intregue me.  |

Welcome , but i will point out that its a sex site and guys are looking for chicks,it doesnt reek of desperation its just how the site works , ignore and move on, you dont have to answer all of them just the ones you like, i always think single guys get a hard time on here !!!!!

i have to admit guys complain saying people are ignorant for not replying they dont read the profiles then you get a message sayin wana fuck jesus read the profile or they do read the profile you message them back and they ask you to do stuff you state in youre profile you wont do.
we have had a message saying im horny get to my fucking place now with an address from someone we havent spoke to |

Hey I luv single guys, maybe couldn't eat a whole one tho, but when the same guys are messaging again and again with one liners it's like 'get a grip ffs' and to me that's defo sure signs of desperation!
My filters are on and I will only reply to the ones that catch my attention. |
