So many people have lost jobs, so many people have lost livelihoods, the economy has failed. Now I'm going to post this for mainly guys. Us guys are stubborn and with the current situation its hard for us. There is so many groups for females but lesser for guys. Sometimes its hard for us as we are meant to provide. I just want to say to every guy out there that is struggling, there is no shame whatsoever to pick up a phone or talk to a friend about anything. Please guys, never ever think you are alone, your NOT |

"Absolutely!
Poor mental health isn’t fussy who it creeps up on, rich/poor, fat/thin, male/female but as you say OP reaching out to someone is important." totally agree .even chat to a random person on fab helps. If stuck for funds get in touch with universal credit they will help .crisis (men's aid) yes there is such an organisation. Lots of support out there don't be too proud to ask . Great topic op |

The worst part of havin mental heath issues people expect you to behave as if you don’t. Where it should be ‘ it okay to not be okay’ don’t hold all those thought and woes in your head speak out and be happy to. Anyone wishing to let oot a breath of frustration or woes don’t be afraid too. Reach out and take care xx |

I'll be quite honest, I have no reason really to be here and I've actually been reasonably lucky In My work circumstances improving over the last 6 months, but TBH I've been at my darkest over the same period. The pressure of a new job, training from afar and not knowing what anyone else is up to. But chatting to all you top ladies and gents over that past 6 months has kept me sane. Thanks everyone who's taken the time to talk to me. |

This is a great post. The stigma against men especially getting help should be a thing of the past but unfortunately it's not. To anyone who is "manning up" in public but struggling in private, please talk to someone, anyone! Even if it's a DM on here I'm always up for a yap, drop me a message for a chat. It will help. |
