I’m shit at eating in the morning I go through spells of eating cereal and toast so I snack less but it soon falls away and I end up just having a cuppa and occasionally a biscuit

Breakfast firstly the most important meal of the day. It doesn't really matter too much about healthy options as this is burned off and it fuel for the full day. Believe it or not but after a good breakfast you will generally work better and be happier.

I would tend to have 1 pint of milk and a full Scottish breakfast with poached eggs mmmm, sets you up for the day

Nothing can beat a bacon and brown sauce roll in the morning, except maybe a stack of pancakes with maple syrup at the weekend

I really love an omelette sandwich on white bread, buttered with ketchup.

Or beans on toast with a fried egg on top. During the week it's microwave porridge and fruit. Tho over Christmas I crumbled the odd mince pie into my porridge. Heaven!

It's hard to beat a fry up or a roll with whatever takes your fancy but I find what I enjoy most is boiled eggs chopped in a mug (champit eggs) 2/3 freshly boiled eggs, big knob of butter, salt, pepper and, for me, Worcestershire sauce. Accompanied by toast and a mug if very strong tea
